The main goal is this research is to determine the factor that influence in the accomplishment of the vaccination schedule on mothers with children under 3 years old of a health center in North Lima. Methodology: a study with a non-experimental design, descriptive, correlational level, quantitative approach and cross-section. The population is constituted of 350 mothers with children under 3 years old, model 183. The implement used for that was a questionnaire of 23 items. For the data processing, the statistical program SPSS 25.0 was used. Of the mothers surveyed of the 100% according to the compliance factor the 37.7% presented the complete schedule and the 62.3% incomplete and finally, according to the mothers with an incomplete vaccination schedule were dependent workers (34.4%), between 20 and 30 years old (39.9%), with 4 or more children (43.2%), from the highlands (30.6%), with the high school education grade (42.1%) and with low knowledge (33.3%). Conclusions: it was possible to determine that the factors influence in the compliance of the vaccination schedule on mothers and children under 3 years old of a health center in North Lima.
