ABSTRACT The present work shows the development of a redesign of the critical processes of a company that produces and markets women 's footwear. For this, it has been necessary to apply the concepts of Management and Redesign of Processes in order to be a proposal that allows the establishment of improvements adequate to the needs of the company. The analysis made it possible to fully visualize the production area of the footwear company designed to meet the needs and demands of its customers and how these can be seen improved in their productivity, which in turn enable them to maintain optimal production of the Resources. The research work was developed based on the application of a process redesign methodology, which generated an initial analysis that has been the core of the work and that has allowed to plan important improvements to the processes in pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness In the shoe company. 83.33% of productive processes were redesigned: Cutting, Chopping, Profiling, Arming and Enlistment. The effect generated on the organization is directly associated with productivity as well as with controlled, efficient and value-added activities to the internal and external customer, which allows establishing the possibility of adopting the present research work in order to improve institutional management KEYWORDS: redesign, management, methodology, processes, productivity
