This study provides a proposal for implementing a low-technology Cross Docking system that, at Prakti Mas E.I.R.L., improves the efficiency in productivity and makes a profit from the logistical operation of the national supply of cleaning products. The methodology will consist in structuring and defining the phases of all the current process of reception of goods, according to the Cross Docking System (appointments scheduling; unloading, revision, consolidation, and entry of products; giving product conformity, distribution and delivery to the final client). In addition, it will consist in elaborating a manual for providers, which contain the delivery alignments, in order to keep the efficiency and continuity of the business operations in the supply chain. The results prove that implementing a Cross Docking System has been a great strategy. The process productivity has risen in 54.46%, generating a saving of S/ 107.30 soles / provider of the same products in type and volume. The proposal requires an investment of S/ 21,005.43, and the VAN analysis obtains S/37,334.13, therefore, the results indicates that the Cross Docking System generates earnings to the company. Moreover, the TIR is 94.57% and the B/C is 1.33, so that we can affirm the investment is profitable and the implementation is acceptable.
