In the following investigation, the main purpose is to determine lability and resistance of concrete f'c=210 Kg/Cm2, adding 2% and 4% fiberglass, chema plast and corrosion inhibitor, worked in sulfates (Severe Moderation 4.8 kg ). 81 test tubes are required, 27 pattern design, 27 2% and 4% fiberglass respectively. Of each design, 9 specimens were cured in conventional water, 18 in sulphated water. The investigation was experimental, aggregate tests, mix designs and compression tests were carried out 7, 14 and 28 days. It is determined through the slump test, which Chema Plast, improves the workability in concrete. Conventional water-cured concrete, pattern design, 2% and 4% resistant fiberglass, 332,686 Kg/cm2, 241,727 Kg/cm2, 176,983 Kg/cm2 respectively. On the other hand, the resistance of the specimens exposed to sulfates is determined, standard design, 2% and 4% fiberglass respectively, 298.023 Kg/cm2, 200.917 Kg/cm2, 161.927 Kg/cm2. It is determined that the hypothesis is not met, chema Plast gives workability, by adding fiber percentages greater than 2%, concrete resistance f'c = 210 Kg/Cm2 and workability are lost, and when cured exposed to sulfates, it decreases severely. the resistance of the concrete.
