Criterios de la arquitectura biofílica aplicados para el diseño de un hospital tipo II-2 en la provincia de Cañete - 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación arquitectónica tiene como propósito determinar los criterios de la Arquitectura Biofílica que se puedan aplicar en un Hospital Tipo II-2. En primer lugar, se identifica la problemática del sistema de salud de la provincia de Cañete, en efecto cuantitativo (déficit de infraestructura hospitalaria) y cualitativo (deficiente diseño de los espacios hospitalario); lo que permitirá identificar la formulación del problema que luego será respondido con el objetivo principal de la tesis donde interviene la variable que influenciará en el diseño del hospital propuesto. El diseño del nuevo hospital se justifica mediante un aspecto social, donde resuelve el problema del déficit de la atención hospitalaria dando mayor cobertura a más distritos y un gran porcentaje de la población; a nivel económico, generando a largo plaza un crecimiento económico del distrito donde se ubicará el proyecto debido al movimiento de masas generados por el nuevo proyecto; a nivel temático, generando una tesis que serviría como referencia de la aplicación de la Arquitectura Biofílica en la arquitectura hospitalaria. Para determinar los criterios de la variable dentro del hospital, se tomará como referencia casos similares de los cuales se obtendrá los lineamientos técnicos, teóricos y finales utilizando herramientas como las fichas documentales y fichas casuísticas, que serán aplicados en el proyecto arquitectónico para dar respuesta al problema planteado inicialmente. Finalmente, se aplicarán los lineamientos de diseño, referido a la Biofilia, en los espacios estudiados, incluyendo el carácter del entorno, el usuario, el propósito y el objetivo del proyecto, con la ayuda de una teoría arquitectónica.

The purpose of this architectural research is to determine the criteria of Biophilic Architecture that can be applied in a Type II-2 Hospital. In the first place, the problem of the health system of the province of Cañete is identified, in quantitative effect (deficit of hospital infrastructure) and qualitative (deficient design of hospital spaces); which will allow to identify the formulation of the problem that will then be answered with the main objective of the thesis where the variable that will influence the design of the proposed hospital intervenes. The design of the new hospital is justified by a social aspect, where it solves the problem of the hospital care deficit by giving greater coverage to more districts and a large percentage of the population; at an economic level, generating long-term economic growth in the district where the project will be located due to the mass movement generated by the new project; at a thematic level, generating a thesis that would serve as a reference for the application of Biophilic Architecture in hospital architecture. To determine the criteria of the variable within the hospital, similar cases will be taken as a reference from which the technical, theoretical and final guidelines will be obtained using tools such as documentary files and case files, which will be applied in the architectural project to respond to the initially posed problem. Finally, the design guidelines will be applied, referring to Biophilia, in the studied spaces, including the character of the environment, the user, the purpose and the objective of the project, with the help of an architectural theory.
