Resumen: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la adherencia entre el mortero y el ladrillo
macizo al invertir su cara de asiento. Para ello, apoyado por la Norma Técnica de Guatemala NTG
41051 h7, el cual está basado en la ASTM C952-12, se ha calculado la adherencia por tracción
directa con testigos de ladrillos cruzados efectuados en máquina de compresión con muestras de
ladrillos con cara de asiento invertido y de la manera convencional. Por otro lado, también se
realizó los ensayos clasificatorios de acuerdo a la NTP E 0.70, por ser ensayos que se relacionan
con la investigación. Con respecto a estos ensayos clasificatorios el cual está comprendido por el
dimensionamiento máximo, el alabeo y la resistencia característica a compresión del ladrillo
macizo, se obtuvo valores de 5.74, 4 y 31.00 Kg/cm
respectivamente. Luego se han realizado los
ensayos de resistencia característica tanto para el mortero como para las pilas de ladrillo macizo
con caras de asiento de la manera convencional he invertido y se obtuvo valores de 140 kg/cm
2
,
43 kg/cm
2
, y 27 kg/cm
respectivamente. Finalmente, se realizó los ensayos de adherencia por
tracción directa en la maquina a compresión, donde se obtuvo valores de 1.08 kg/cm
2
al invertir su
cara de asiento, y de 1.10 kg/cm
2
al no invertir su cara de asiento del ladrillo macizo.
The objective of the present investigation is to determine the adherence between the mortar and the solid brick when inverting its seating face. For this, supported by the Technical Norm of Guatemala NTG 41051 h7, which is based on ASTM C952-12, has been calculated the adhesion by direct traction with witnesses of crossed bricks made in compression machine with samples of bricks with face of seat inverted and in the conventional manner. On the other hand, the qualifying trials were also carried out according to the NTP E 0.70, because they are tests related to the research. With respect to these classificatory tests which is comprised by the maximum dimensioning, the roll and the characteristic resistance to compression of the solid brick, values of 5.74, 4 and 31.00 Kg/cm respectively were obtained. Then the characteristic resistance tests have been carried out both for the mortar and for the solid brick piles with seat faces in the conventional way I have inverted and values of 140 kg/cm 2 2 , 43 kg/cm 2 , and 27 kg/cm were obtained respectively. Finally, adhesion tests were carried out by direct traction in the compression machine, where values of 1.08 kg/cm 2 were obtained by inverting its seat face, and by 1.10 kg/cm by not inverting its solid brick seat face.
