Do we know if our workers are correctly motivated? Does worker motivation have an impact on productivity? Does motivation have a direct relationship with productivity? These are questions that have been raised in this study. For (Chiavenato, 1999), the motivational cycle of the human being begins when a need arises, a continuous force that produces the behavior, when a need appears, it breaks the state of equilibrium and generates a state of tension, which leads to the human being to release this tension and regain its equilibrium. If the behavior is effective, the need will have been satisfied and once satisfied it ceases to be motivating, that is, human motivation is cyclical: behavior is almost a continuous process of problem solving and satisfaction of needs as they appear. As stated by Chiavenato, the motivation must be programmed as a continuous process that releases a series of intrinsic and extrinsic activities in the worker, in such a way that he feels that if he is not motivated all the time, he will not be able to satisfy his needs, that in terms of study we could say, companies should know: What are the needs of the worker? What motivates them? What motivation strategies should they apply and how do they relate directly to productivity in order to achieve their objectives? In the different commercial areas, specifically the sales area in general, one of the pillars that sustains the continuous motivation is the economic bonus, however, studies conducted indicate, on the contrary, that the work environment establishes a connection of stability to the worker. This study reveals how motivation is directly related to the productivity of commercial advisers specifically of car sales and how the application of favorable conditions of motivation for the worker drives an increase in their productivity. For this reason it is evident that organizational mismanagement decreases the sales of cars as the main objective in the productivity of a worker. It is very important to understand how a motivation program directly affects the productivity of workers, thus achieving self-motivation and identification and commitment to their own objectives and those of the company. The present study is a starting point for the achievement of mutual benefits, both for the worker and for the company, whose common objective will be the achievement of results. In addition to serve as a proven guide that contributes to other business areas.
