Cocoa is primarily cultivated and processed in tropical areas; however, its demand is global due to its nutritional, medicinal, and therapeutic properties. This research work analyzes the supply issue of cocoa at the level of a small company in the Tumbes region, Peru. The main objective is to improve the efficiency and planning of the company's supply chain through the implementation of the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) management model. To achieve this objective, an initial diagnosis of the company's situation in Tumbes is conducted to identify key points and design solutions based on the CPFR model. The results of implementing the model in the company's processes and involving stakeholders showed significant improvements in the supply chain's efficiency, including reduced costs and shorter delivery times. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementing the CPFR model in a company's supply chain processes is a recommended strategy for enhancing business and supply chain efficiency indicators, providing benefits for the company, its stakeholders, and its customers.
