Relación entre el clima laboral y el nivel de ventas de la empresa Aldodiego & Co., Trujillo, 2019

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima laboral y las ventas de las tiendas de Aldodiego & Co. en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2019. Este tuvo una investigación de tipo descriptivo y nivel correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por 21 trabajadores de Aldodiego & Co. en el año 2019 los cuales fueron estudiantes entre 18 años a 24 años. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y su instrumento fue el cuestionario bajo el modelo de CL - SPC, donde se infirió que mediante el análisis estadístico de Pearson se llegó a obtener un coeficiente correlación de 0,916 (directamente fuerte) donde se puede concluir que el 91,6% del clima laboral se relaciona de manera significativa con el nivel de ventas de los colaboradores del área de atención al cliente en la empresa Aldodiego & Co., 2019.

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between the work environment and the sales of Aldodiego & Co. stores in the city of Trujillo, 2019. This study had a descriptive and correlational level investigation. The population was made up of 21 workers from Aldodiego & Co. in 2019 who were students between 18 and 24 years old. The data collection technique was the survey and its instrument was the questionnaire under the CL - SPC model, where it was inferred that by means of Pearson's statistical analysis a correlation coefficient of 0.916 (directly strong) was obtained where it can be concluded that 91.6% of the work environment is significantly related to the level of sales of employees in the customer service area in the company Aldodiego & Co., 2019.
