The study deals with the design of a Management System Health and Safety at Work Act based on the 29783 to minimize risk factors in the Mining Concession My Grimaldina 1. all staff was established as population working in the Mining Concession my Grimaldina 1; the sample is considered all workers due to the reduced number of staff have in that unit. The diagnosis of the current situation was obtained using a formal tool called Checklist Guidelines Management System Safety and Health at Work, the tool reaches us guidelines to determine the percentage of compliance with the requirements of a system management Safety and Health at Work (SG SST), the result for the Mining Concession My Grimaldina 1 of 0% to 30% compliance, indicating that most elements of SG SST are not applied and the need to improve procedures and work standards. It took place then the Design Management System Safety and Health at Work based on Law 29783 to minimize risk factors in the Mining Concession My Grimaldina 1 and to improve the safety culture. This system favors the development of safe and healthy environments for workers. It also allows the organization to consistently identify and control the risks to the safety and health of workers, reducing the number of accidents and incidents.
