Análisis de costos para el dimensionamiento de una flota en la Cantera de Roca Caliza Tres Pirámides – Acshupata – 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación está realizada en la cantera de roca caliza tres pirámides en la zona de Acshupata - Magdalena – Cajamarca, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los costos para el dimensionamiento de equipos de extracción, carguío y acarreo, con la finalidad de proponer una flota de explotación adecuada, por este motivo hemos estructurado la investigación en seis capítulos, la parte inicial comprende del capítulo uno, INTRODUCCIÓN, donde se muestra una idea global de lo investigado, además hacemos una apreciación general del problema que nos ayuda a entender la realidad existente y objetivos que permiten esclarecer y mejorar la situación, en el segundo capítulo, MARCO TEÓRICO, mencionamos antecedentes de investigaciones realizadas a nivel internacional y nacional con respecto a la inversión y dimensionamiento de flotas en canteras de cal, también se presenta base teórica indispensable en el dimensionamiento de una flota, en el tercer capítulo, Metodología, se detalla la hipótesis, variables y su operacionalización, además de las técnicas, instrumentos y procedimientos de recolección de datos como libretas de notas, cámara fotográfica, lista de cotejo, en el capítulo cuatro, RESULTADOS, mostramos los resultados de nuestra investigación y análisis de cada objetivo planteado, por consiguiente en el capítulo cinco, DISCUSIÓN, presentamos la discusión donde expresamos nuestros argumentos relacionados a la inversión y elección de equipos, como sexta parte tenemos a las conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencia bibliográfica y anexos, donde se expone con claridad el final de la investigación además de hacer algunas recomendaciones para esta investigación, también se aprecia los libros, revistas, artículos y páginas web consultadas en el transcurso de esta investigación y finalmente se presenta las evidencias de esta investigación.

The present investigation is carried out in the limestone quarry three pyramids in the area of Acshupata - Magdalena - Cajamarca, this investigation had as objective to determine the costs for the sizing of extraction, loading and haulage equipment, with the purpose of proposing an adequate exploitation fleet, For this reason we have structured the research into six chapters, the initial part comprising chapter one, INTRODUCTION, which shows a global idea of the investigation, in addition we make a general appreciation of the problem that helps us to understand the existing reality and objectives that allow us to clarify and improve the situation, In the second theme, chapter two: THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK, we have mentioned antecedents of researches carried out at international and national level with respect to the investment and dimensioning of fleets in lime quarries, there is also a theoretical basis indispensable in the dimensioning of a fleet, in the Third theme, chapter three: Methodology, details the hypothesis, variables and their operation, in addition to the techniques, instruments and procedures of data collection such as notebooks, total station, camera, checklist, chapter Four: RESULTS, we show the results of our research and analysis of each objective, therefore in chapter five: DISCUSSION, we present the discussion where we express our arguments related to the investment and choice of equipment, as sixth and final part we have the Conclusions, recommendations, bibliographical references and annexes, where it is exposed Clarity and precision the final outcome of the research, in addition to making some recommendations for this research, we also appreciate the books, journals, articles and web pages consulted in the course of this research and finally the evidence of this research is presented.
