This research aimed to determine which were the financing sources obtained by the microenterprises throughout the study period. It was entitled “Financing sources of textile microenterprises from a Gamarra Shopping Center, in La Victoria district, in 2020“. This research has a descriptive level, a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design and a cross-sectional or longitudinal study, analyzing a sample of 15 textile microenterprises. The information and data were collected; likewise, a questionnaire was employed as a research instrument through the survey technique, in order to determine the financing sources obtained by these microenterprises throughout the study period. As a result, it was found that these microenterprises resorted to several financing sources, both internal and external, being the internal financing source the most frequent, as a shareholder's loan. In addition, the most widely employed external financing source was financial products, in their several types, such as leasing and discounting of bills of exchange. Finally, we conclude that all of the aforementioned financing sources contributed to improve the productivity and competitiveness of these businesses.
