The objective of the research is to determine the impact of the Lean Tools proposal on the productivity of the beam and cable workshop for construction. The research is of the Descriptive type, with a quantitative approach, and presents a Diagnosis and Propositional study. The instruments used are the observation sheets, productivity indicators. In the Lean tools, the 5 S, SMED and VSM were carried out. With the economic evaluations it was possible to obtain a NPV of S/. 6946.82 an IRR of 85%, determining the viability and profitability of the proposal. With the 5S tool, a documentation of the activities was achieved to start the standardization and later the duration through time with the discipline. The VSM tool allowed to reduce the lead time from 9.028 days to 4.56 days and the process time, having an improvement in the process time from 33.68 minutes to 21.70 minutes. Finally, the SMED tool was able to reduce the internal times from 27 minutes and 00 seconds to 20 minutes and 50 seconds. It is concluded that the Lean Tools proposal increases the productivity of the construction beams and cables workshop by 28.34%.
