ABSTRACT The tempered glass industry at national and international level is a continuous growth sector, which needs to develop competitive advantages such as the optimization of its procedures through improvements in the synchronization of the production flow, deploying an integrated logistics that allows articulation Value chain and customer orientation. The company AGP PERU SAC, has demonstrated a positive growth, accompanied by activities that have allowed it to reach privileged positions within the industry, for that reason it was necessary to increase its level of production in order to comply with its delivery schedule Of the area of PCP, thus modifying the design of the carts of its main production furnace, thus increasing the number of pieces manufactured per day in 40 units. This change within the work system had to be complemented with the implementation of the partial automation of the XXL furnace, implementation of windows and cooling fans, thus allowing the company to increase its profitability by 3% per year. AGP PERU SAC continues to use the same amount of human resources, reducing its cost of production and increasing its productivity.
