La competitividad y su influencia en la productividad de la asociación de productores agropecuarios Lima Coffee Perú - Jaén - Cajamarca, 2021

Abstract

En la actualidad son muchos los desafíos que las asociaciones y empresas viven para sobrevivir en el mercado. La presente investigación, cuyo objetivo fué determinar la influencia de la competitividad en la productividad de la asociación de productores agropecuarios Lima Coffee Perú – Jaén – Cajamarca, 2021. Asimismo, se empleó el instrumento con un diseño no experimental, transversal, de tipo correlacional – causal. Asimismo, la muestra empleada estuvo conformada por 267 socios. El instrumento empleado para recolectar la información fue el cuestionario aplicando el método cuantitativo de Likert. Por otro lado, los resultados demostraron que existe influencia positiva moderada (0.487) de la competitividad en la productividad de la asociación de productores agropecuarios Lima Coffee Perú – Jaén –Cajamarca, 2021. Finalmente, se concluyó que tener certificaciones, contar con personal capacitado en el aseguramiento de la calidad hace a la asociación más competitiva y productiva. Asimismo, puede ser de gran apoyo para competir en mercado nacional e ingresar a más mercados internacionales.

On the other hand, the results showed that there is a moderate positive influence (0.487) of competitiveness on the productivity of the association of agricultural producers Lima Coffee Peru - Jaén -Cajamarca, 2021. Finally, it was concluded that having certifications, having trained personnel in quality assurance makes the association more competitive and productive. Likewise, it can be of great support to compete in the national market and enter more international markets.
