The general objective of this work was to reduce the costs of the production and logistics areas of the EIRL Integral Recycling company, by applying Time Study tools, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Process Format, MRP1 and Kardex. In the first place, a situational diagnosis of the company is made, to identify the existing problems in the area of production and logistics, for this purpose the Ishikawa Diagram was used; where then the root causes that affect these problems are exposed. Once the root causes were found, the most important causes were prioritized; using the tool of a Pareto Diagram to make way to determine the economic impact generated in the company these problems representing monetary losses. Additionally, this research work details the production process of the Agglomerate Stock Market, including the time of each. For the solution of this situation, it is intended to design with development procedures, standardized formats that allow to control the production process. That is why the tools Time Study, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Process Format, MRP1 and Kardex were used in order to reduce the costs of the production and logistics areas. Finally, an economic evaluation was carried out, yielding a Period of recovery of the investment of 2.15 months and a TIR of 70% of which concludes that the proposal is profitable for the company.
