The purpose of this work is to reduce the operational costs of the Black Oily Leather product through the implementation proposals of MRP I, Maintenance Plan and Supply Chain Management. First, a general diagnosis was made of the current situation of the company under study in the areas of production and logistics of the Black Oily Leather product, which was selected due to the fact that said product has the highest demand and also problems, it generating high operating costs. After identifying these problems, the economic impact generated in the company will be processed and determined. Also, the proposals for improvements were developed such as: MRP System, Preventive Maintenance Plan, Training, Warehouse Management, Suppliers and Purchases. In addition, standardized formats that allow controlling production processes and corrected logistics management of inventories and warehouses. After the improvements, the company's losses are reduced by 71%, which generates a profit of S/. 132,953.97. Subsequently, an Economic and Financial analysis was carried out to verify that the study carried out is viable for the company, since a NPV of S/. 20,259.43, IRR of 88%, PRI de 1.8, B / C of 1.14; which concludes that this proposal is feasible and profitable.
