Impacto de la certificación BASC en la cantidad de servicios de exportación de la empresa C&B Logistics SAC en los años 2015-2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer el impacto de la certificación BASC en la cantidad de servicios de exportación de la empresa C & B LOGISTICS SAC en los años 2015-2020. El método de aplicación fue aplicativo y tuvo un enfoque cualitativo- descriptivo empleando un diseño de estudio de casos, tipo transversal para determinar la problemática del trabajo de investigación. Para el trabajo de investigación se empleó el uso de la entrevista a profundidad y guía de observación dirigida a la población compuesta por colaboradores del área comercial y de operaciones con unidad de estudio al gerente comercial y jefe de operaciones. El resultado obtenido mediante el instrumento demostró que existen grandes beneficios que brinda la certificación BASC para tener un buen nivel de seguridad en los procesos operativos de la carga en el ámbito de exportación. Asimismo trabajar con la certificación BASC para la empresa C & B ha sido importante ya que logró establecer excelentes relaciones comerciales con sus clientes brindando un buen servicio de exportación de la misma forma tiene establecido un procedimiento para asegurar su información de una manera eficaz sin perjudicar a la imagen de la empresa. Finalmente se concluyó que el impacto de la certificación BASC si influyó en la cantidad de servicios de exportación marítimo y aérea.

The objective of this research work was to know the impact of the BASC certification on the quantity of export services of the company C & B logistics SAC in the years 2015-2020. The application method was applicative and had a qualitative-descriptive approach using a cross-sectional case study design to determine the problems of the research work. For the research work, the use of a deep interview and an observation guide aimed at the population composed of collaborators from the commercial and operations area with a study unit for the commercial manager and operations chief was used. The results obtained through the instrument showed that there are great benefits that BASC certification offers to have a good level of security in the operational processes of cargo in the export field. Moreover, working with the BASC certification for the C & B company has been important since it managed to establish excellent commercial relationships with their clients, in the same way they provide a good export service, they have established a procedure to ensure your information in an effective way without harming the image of the company. Finally, it was concluded that the impact of the BASC certification influenced the amount of maritime and air export services.
