Estudio de amenaza, vulnerabilidad y riesgo sanitario – ambiental causado por el Niño Costero para el mejoramiento de los servicios de agua potable, en el distrito de Simbal, La Libertad, 2018

Abstract

El ser humano a lo largo de su existencia siempre ha estado expuesto a riegos ocasionados por los fenómenos naturales (Terremotos, inundaciones, etc.), los cuales han generado una deteriorización de nuestra infraestructura sanitaria, planificación urbana e integridad física. Con la presente investigación se ha realizado un análisis, a través de una metodología descriptiva para dar respuesta y prevenir amenazas, vulnerabilidad y riesgo sanitario – ambiental causado por el niño costero para el mejoramiento de los servicios de agua potable, en el distrito de Simbal, La Libertad. Para el desarrollo del estudio se ha realizado visitas de campo para ver el estado actual y tener evidencias de las zonas e infraestructura sanitaria que fueron afectadas por el fenómeno del niño costero. El resultado de la investigación indica que el sistema de agua potable y alcantarillado del distrito de Simbal está expuesto a una vulnerabilidad alta de acuerdo con el diagnóstico realizado a través de tablas de riego, se propone un plan de respuesta, plano de zonificación de peligros, y actividades de concientización ambiental sostenible para de esta manera conservar de forma óptima la infraestructura sanitaria y lograr prevenir y mitigar los riesgos.

The human being throughout its existence has always been exposed to risks caused by natural phenomena (earthquakes, earthquakes, floods, etc.), which have generated a deterioration of our health infrastructure, urban planning and physical integrity. With this research, an analysis has been carried out, through a descriptive methodology to respond and prevent threats, vulnerability and sanitary risk - environmental caused by the coastal child for the improvement of drinking water services, in the Simbal district, Freedom. For the development of the study, field visits have been made to see the current status and have evidence of the areas and health infrastructure that were affected by the coastal child phenomenon. The result of the investigation indicates that the drinking water and sewerage system of the Simbal district is exposed to a high vulnerability according to the diagnosis made through irrigation tables, a response plan is proposed, hazard zoning plan, and sustainable environmental awareness activities in order to optimally conserve health infrastructure and prevent and mitigate risks.
