Mejora de la eficiencia de los procesos judiciales de la sede de Casma de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Santa mediante la implementación de un sistema de notificaciones electrónicas

Abstract

El presente proyecto se realizó teniendo como objetivo general Implementar un Sistema de Notificaciones Electrónicas para mejorar la eficiencia de los Procesos Judiciales en la Sede de Casma de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Santa; para lo cual se ejecutó un Plan de Implantación del respectivo sistema, el mismo que tuvo una duración de 10 días calendarios, para luego de haber sido utilizado por un periodo de 6 meses se recolectaron datos para su análisis. El método de la investigación utilizado fue Inductivo deductivo, porque la primera parte del proceso consiste en la implantación del Sistema de Notificaciones Electrónicas lo cual nos generará resultados que luego en la segunda parte del proceso se contrastara con los obtenidos antes de la implantación; y además será Hipotético deductivo, ya que se creara una hipótesis para explicar un fenómeno, y luego se realizará una verificación o comprobación de la verdad de los enunciados deducidos comparándolos con la experiencia. Además, la técnica utilizada fue el Análisis Documental, ya que se recolectarán datos a través de los Reportes generados por el Sistema Integrado Judicial de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Santa, antes y después de aplicar el Sistema de Notificación Electrónica. Para la aplicación del presente proyecto se comparó una muestra de 20 Procesos Resueltos de la misma naturaleza por cada Órgano Jurisdiccional de la Sede de Casma, antes y después de implementar el Sistema de Notificaciones Electrónicas, evidenciando en los resultados obtenidos que existió una disminución en el tiempo de Resolución de los Procesos Judiciales, así como una disminución el tiempo de notificación de las Cédulas de Notificación y una disminución de la Cantidad de Audiencias Frustradas en los Procesos Resueltos de cada uno de los 04 Órganos Jurisdiccionales

The present project was carried out with the general objective of demonstrating that the Implementation of an Electronic Notification System will improve the efficiency of the Judicial Processes in the Casma Headquarters of the Superior Court of Justice of Santa; for which an Implementation Plan of the respective system was executed, the same one that had a duration of 10 calendar days, after having been used for a period of 6 months, data was collected for analysis. The research method used was Inductive deductive, because the first part of the process consists of the implementation of the Electronic Notification System which will generate results that in the second part of the process will be contrasted with those obtained before the implementation; and also it will be hypothetical deductive, since a hypothesis will be created to explain a phenomenon, and then a verification or verification of the truth of the deduced statements will be made comparing them with the experience. In addition, the technique used was the Content Analysis, since data will be collected through the Reports generated by the Integrated Judicial System of the Santa Superior Court of Justice, before and after applying the Electronic Notification System. For the application of this project, a sample of 20 Resolved Processes of the same nature was compared by each Jurisdictional Body of the Headquarters of Casma, before and after implementing the Electronic Notification System, evidencing in the results obtained that there was a decrease in the time of Resolution of the Judicial Processes, as well as a decrease in the notification time of the Notification Papers and a decrease in the number of Frustrated Hearings in the Processes Resolved of each of the 04 Jurisdictional Bodie.
