This research work was developed to demonstrate the theories studied based on the NPS Level of Information Technology (IT) Resellers for a transnational branch with a branch in Peru as of 2019. We find ourselves with the problematic reality of a market that is not served in a satisfactory way, it leads us to consider how to understand customers for this type of information technology (IT) market. Analyzing companies of different sizes and corporations around the world, which are a reference in quality of products and attention, they use the survey model and the Net Promoter Score methodology to measure the loyalty of their clients / consumers to their brand. Contributing thus to the theoretical value despite the various limitations that existed for the development of this work, we focused on the main objective, as a description of the NPS Level of Technology and Information Technology (IT) Resellers, where the intention, purchases is broken down experience, loyalty and customer satisfaction. We have determined the variable based on the objective, with this we are able to define the population and work the sample based on surveys, obtaining important results that will be useful for all those who want to know about NPS, always oriented to a target audience. Finally, we point out that the descriptive design was used, which will allow to improve aspects in the companies of the sector, strengthening strategies, correcting weaknesses, and why not, even making future contributions. The NPS may be a good number, but it is usually a sign of high or low customer loyalty, not the root.
