The main objective is to develop an E-commerce to improve the sales process. Likewise, the type of research is applied with a quantitative approach in order to work with numerical data. Furthermore, the design is pre-experimental with the intention of measuring the average before-after time of E-commerce and distinguishing whether it really improved the sales process. The data collection technique is direct observation and the observation sheet was used as an instrument. The results obtained for processes such as order receipt were that it decreased by 87%, for stock consultation it decreased by 96%, to generate reports it decreased by 95% and to generate executive dashboards it decreased by 94%. In summary and after having obtained positive results for the 4 proposed indicators, it can be said that the development of E-commerce improves the sales process.
