The research is of an applied type and had the objective of analyzing the Labor Climate and inclusion of people with disabilities in a Public Entity in the District of Cajamarca, 2023; in order to determine the relationship between the Labor Climate and the inclusion of people with disabilities in a Public Entity in the District of Cajamarca, 2023. The study population and sample consisted of 100 Collaborators of the Public Entity of the District of Cajamarca, 2023. The method used to collect data is a survey that has an instrument called a questionnaire that is used to facilitate the investigation of a topic, since it contains source identification data followed by a specific topic. The study was based on the quantitative, sequential and evidence method; Since in each stage we cannot avoid steps, each stage goes through a priority process. It starts from an idea that is reduced until it is delimited, deriving objectives and research questions, reviewing literature, building a framework or a theoretical perspective. From the questions hypotheses are established and variables are determined; drawing up a plan to test them (design); measuring the variables in a certain context; and analyzing the measurements obtained using statistical methods, finally drawing a series of conclusions regarding the hypothesis or hypotheses. It was concluded that the relationship is direct and significant between the Work Climate variable and the inclusion of people with disabilities in a Public Entity in the District of Cajamarca, 2023, given the application of Spearman's hypothesis test, it was observed that the correlation is of 0.344, so having obtained this value, it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this research is well proven, although it is true that the correlation is low positive, this contribution is highly significant between both variables, among others.
