ABSTRACT Currently in our country the development of soft skills has a particular complexity, since it is not implemented in the traditional educational system, but rather they intend that these develop over time through the challenges of day to day, which It is a serious mistake because companies demand professionals that have an adequate balance between hard skills and soft skills. The present research maintains a theoretical contribution given that its contribution focuses on providing and clarifying some scientific knowledge related to the relationship between personal Marketing that students have in the tenth cycle of the professional career of Administration and Marketing of a University. For this, two classrooms were taken corresponding to the last cycle of studies, selecting one, to which a personal Marketing program was developed, in order to measure the soft skills before and after this program; as well as comparatively with the classroom that did not apply the program to determine the influence of the Personal Marketing program in the development of soft skills; Taking as unexpected results that this program did not have an observable and conclusive influence on the skills, so the hypothesis was discarded.
