The thesis entitled: “Management strategies aimed at the Administration of the Gina Home Association“ is an important contribution to the study of the administration of shelters aimed at the comprehensive training of girls and adolescents of various ages, these girls and adolescents come from dysfunctional families. This analysis is not aimed exclusively at this type of shelter, but at all the social centers that are the main interested in being able to identify what are the managerial strategies of administration that they must follow in order to efficiently carry out their social work. The objective of the following thesis is an investigation into the current situation of small shelters that have a problem in the poor administration of social centers. Likewise, it is necessary to explain to the population that they do not know the current situation of the shelters, that the most frequent cases of abnormal functioning that lead to mismanagement are, among others: the slowness, delay in the processing of donations and the breach of terms, this in turn is due to: the scarcity of material means, personnel and even corruption.
