Gestión de la oficina de patrimonio monumental en la conservación del centro histórico de Trujillo - Perú - 2015

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general conocer la gestión de la Oficina de Patrimonio Monumental de Trujillo con respecto a la situación actual del Centro Histórico de Trujillo. Para el desarrollo de la tesis se han propuesto cuatro hipótesis que se detallan a continuación: La primera hipótesis fue que la gestión de la Oficina de Patrimonio Monumental ha contribuido positivamente al desarrollo y conservación del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Trujillo, de lo contrario estaríamos hablando de la segunda hipótesis, que dicha gestión ha contribuido negativamente o de una forma insuficiente al desarrollo y conservación del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Trujillo. La tercera hipótesis es que la Oficina de Patrimonio Monumental y los Responsables de cada Atractivo Turístico en el Centro Histórico de Trujillo han trabajado de manera conjunta estableciendo alianzas y coordinando constantemente, de forma opuesta tendríamos a la cuarta hipótesis suponiendo que dicha oficina ha designado un atractivo a una entidad dejando todo a cargo y siendo ajeno a la situación en la que se encuentre el atractivo. Esta investigación es no experimental, transversal y descriptivo – correlacional y se realizó una entrevista mediante un representante de la Oficina de Patrimonio Monumental de la Municipalidad de Trujillo, y con una ficha de observación al atractivo turístico y a los responsables de cada uno de ellos.

ABSTRACT The present research has the objective of understanding the management of the Monumental Heritage Office of Trujillo with the current situation of the Historical Center of Trujillo. For the development of this thesis we have proposed four hypotheses detailed below: The first hypothesis is that the management of the Monumental Heritage Office has positively contributed to the development and preservation of the historic center of the city of Trujillo, otherwise we would be talking about the second hypothesis, that this management has contributed negatively or insufficient form development and conservation of the historic center of the City of Trujillo. The third hypothesis is that the Office of Monumental Heritage and Responsible of every tourist resort in the historic center of Trujillo have worked together constantly establishing partnerships and coordinating, as opposed to the fourth hypothesis we should assuming that office has designated a resource an entity by leaving everything and being oblivious to the situation where the resource is located. The research design is not experimental, cross- sectional and descriptive - correlational. The population that was considered for this project, in the case of the interview, is a representative of the Office of Monumental Heritage of the Municipality of Trujillo, and with respect to the page of observation tourist resort itself and responsible for each of them.
