The objective of this work was to increase profitability with an integrated supply chain and quality system in the company Avikonor S.A.C. That in facing constant changes, such as the rapid development of information and communication technology and integration into the world economy, for which they have to adapt their management systems, to a supply chain system that guarantees continuous improvement In the company and its total integration of the links as it is purchases, warehouses, internal logistics, poultry of breeding and rearing, birds of posture (production). The population was the profitability of the company AVIKONOR S.A.C, the sample was the profitability of the year 2016 and the type of sampling the non-probabilistic for convenience. The general method of investigation was the deductive and research design was the pre-experimental with pre-test and post-test, the information-gathering techniques were documentary research and processing techniques were the techniques of each stage of the analysis method Hazards and Critical Control Points such as: Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, etc. The implementation of the method of continuous improvement allowed to increase the return on investment, from 88,331% in year 2 015 to 102,217% in the year 2 016, obtaining an economic benefit of 1,019.16 soles.
