ABSTRACT The present sufficiency work has the main objective of reducing the faults in the bodywork finishing process, applying the continuous improvement methodology PHVA. The application company is RMB SATECI S.A.C. a metalworking of the bodywork sector that builds them for the mining and construction sector. The current project is based on applying the principles of the PHVA methodology, with which the actions to be followed in this proposal will be shredded. Before this, it is important to know the real situation of the company, that is why we analyzed the failure tables from January to May of 2018 and a field survey was carried out that, after analyzing, allowed us to know in what circumstances it is the company and starting from there propose the improvements according to the methodology. That is why this proposal was worked by supervisors and operators and with the updating of the procedure, formats, the creation of a manual of functions, job profile, training and incentives is intended to engage staff and raise awareness of the importance of labor in this improvement. It is estimated that the causes that cause the failures will be reduced to 20% ending the period of application of the improvement.
