The research was carried out in the craft beer production company Caxas Beer S.A.C. with the objective of designing a logistics system that allows reducing the costs of its supply chain. For the study, various tools and methodologies were used, which proposed solutions to reduce the high logistics costs of supply, warehouse, transport and distribution. The proposal began with the diagnosis of the situation and the current performance of the processes in the logistics area, where, from the use of different tools and approaches, it was possible to identify the critical points, deficiencies and shortcomings in terms of the efficient management of the associated costs. The design was carried out evaluating the need to establish some procedures and use some non-existent methodologies in the company, such as the SRM to effectively manage the procurement processes, the adoption of the Kardex Tauro software and the layout applying the ABC selectivity method that will allow have an orderly and efficient flow of goods, equipment and people in warehouse, also the Clarke and Wright routing method to reduce transportation costs.
