The present work of professional sufficiency having as a thesis structure the improvement of processes, has a proposal to optimize the execution times of preventive maintenance to HVAC equipment (Air conditioning and forced ventilation) in the service company WOOD PROYECTOS SAC, using the knowledge and tools acquired in the industrial engineering career that will demonstrate the viability of this proposal. The PDO, procedures, new work formats will be used in order that the field technician has all the necessary to register the values found in each team, and in this way to increase the technician's productivity in the field and can meet more preventive maintenance work orders and being able to comply with the corrective maintenance orders that users generate in the field. This present work will be carried out in four stages, in order not to neglect what frames this As a first stage we will perform an evaluation of the initial condition and know our intervention time for each type of equipment, the frequency in which it is executed and number of preventive maintenance orders and number of corrective maintenance orders generated in the back log either by repair or by change of some component or complete equipment, with which we have until now.
