The present study should be considered as an attempt to achieve progress and effectiveness in the fields of improvement of the bearing capacity of the soil through the use of deep foundations. In the present investigation, the values of Soil Mechanics are estimated, which made the development of the foundations conceivable. In any case, it must be clarified that Soil Mechanics is definitely not a substitute for experience, its extraordinary job is to give it a more prominent importance. All this will be applied to the improvement of soils for their bearing capacity and the use of deep foundations for hospital buildings with the knowledge of Soil Mechanics, to carry out soil consolidation, without implying that this point is the most remarkable in Engineering. of Foundations. As a result, it was possible to identify the characteristics of the land to be improved where the hospital buildings will be located, as well as to analyze the foundation technology designed for the building, by means of a foundation slab. Subsequently, the proposed technology formed by deep foundation piles was analyzed, and a comparison was made between both technologies, where it was concluded that the bearing capacity was improved by means of foundation piles, defining the influence it has when using this type of technology in the land.
