Relación entre el proceso de integrar personas con la motivación laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Jesús – Cajamarca, 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación estudia la relación del Proceso de Integrar Personas con la Motivación laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Jesús, Cajamarca, 2016. La investigación es No experimental, descriptiva- Correlacional de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 48 trabajadores de la Municipalidad distrital de Jesús- Cajamarca, 2016, considerando una muestra por conveniencia; los instrumentos utilizados fueron Hojas Censales y los datos fueron procesados con el programa SPSS 21. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que existe una relación directa, positiva- débil entre el Proceso de Integrar Personas con la Motivación Laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad distrital de Jesús, Cajamarca-2016, ya que, el coeficiente de correlación R=Pearson es de 0.178. Dentro de la investigación también se encuentra plasmada una propuesta para el Proceso de Integrar Personas, la cual ayudará a la Municipalidad integrar al talento humano más idóneo para cada puesto laboral dentro de la institución.

The present investigation studies the relation of the Process of Integrating People with the Work Motivation of the collaborators of the District Municipality of Jesus, Cajamarca, 2016. The investigation is Non experimental, descriptive- Correlational of transversal cut. The population consisted of 48 workers of the District Municipality of Jesus-Cajamarca, 2016, considering a sample for convenience; the instruments used were Censales Sheets and the data were processed with the SPSS 21 program. The results obtained show that there is a direct, positive and weak relationship between the Process of Integrating People with the Work Motivation of the employees of the District Municipality of Jesus, Cajamarca-2016, since, the correlation coefficient R = Pearson is 0.178 . Within the research is also embodied a proposal for the Process of Integrating People, which will help the municipality to integrate the most suitable human talent for each job within the institution.
