Estrés laboral crónico y desempeño en los trabajadores del Centro de Salud La Huayrona, San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima Metropolitana 2022

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación existente entre el estrés laboral crónico con el desempeño de los trabajadores del centro de salud La Huayrona, San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima Metropolitana 2022. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional y transversal. La muestra estuvo integrada por los 55 trabajadores del centro de salud mencionado, siendo un censo. La técnica de recojo de datos fue la encuesta a través de dos instrumentos validados: el Inventario de Burnout y el Cuestionario de desempeño laboral. Se concluye que el estrés laboral crónico se relaciona negativa y significativamente con el desempeño de los trabajadores del centro de salud La Huayrona con un grado de intensidad bajo (Rho = -0.273), es decir a mayor estrés laboral, menor desempeño laboral.

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between chronic work stress and the performance of workers at the La Huayrona health center, San Juan de Lurigancho, Metropolitan Lima 2022. The methodology was a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational and transverse. The sample was made up of the 55 workers of the aforementioned health center, being a census. The data collection technique was the survey through two validated instruments: the Burnout Inventory and the Job Performance Questionnaire. It is concluded that chronic work stress is negatively and significantly related to the performance of workers at the La Huayrona health center with a low degree of intensity (Rho = -0.273), that is, the greater the work stress, the lower the work performance.
