ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the level of compliance with Standard E.080 in the buildings of the Purupamba hamlet, Cajabamba district, 2019. The methodology was descriptive of pre-experimental design. The sample was constituted as convenience being the Adobe homes of the Purupamba Populated Center that were counted at 26. As an instrument, the Compliance with The E 0-80 observation sheet was used, the results allow us to conclude: The level of compliance with the E-80 standard prior to educational intervention in the Purupamba community was 85% (22 homes) presented category not suitable; 15% (4 dwellings) had a minimum category; and none of them presented the right category. Dimensions: Unit Resistance, Wall Resistance. Distance between scelves and buttresses, Density of walls in x, Density of walls in y, were the most efficient with (58%, 96%, 62%, 54%, and 69% in minimum category respectively). However, the Width of Bolts dimension was the most efficient in the not suitable category with 65%. A program of improvement in compliance with the E.080 standard, which consisted of a theoretical training program, which allowed participants to diagnose the constructions of their property and where they live, as well as plan their improvement through e.080 and advises on its improvement by the professionals of the course according to the economic possibilities of the participants. The level of compliance with the E.080 standard after educational intervention in the community of Purupamba was 12% (3 dwellings) presented unsuitable status; 81% (21 homes) had a minimum grade; 8% (2 homes) were suitable. Dimensions: Unit Resistance, Wall Resistance. Width of sheaths, and Wall density in y, were the most efficient with (38%, 69%, 73%, and 85% in minimum category respectively). However, the Dimensions Distance between reels and buttresses and Wall density in x, were the most efficient in the ideal category with 58% for both dimensions. Regarding the overall objective, to determine the impact of training on the level of compliance with the variable compliance with the E.080 standard its impact was mainly in the unsuitable category that decreased by 73% (19 homes); the minimum category increased by 65% (17 homes); the ideal category increased by 8% (2 homes). Importantly, many aspects, such as location, adobes, were not materially or economically possible to change or replace, however many weak aspects such as arriostres and special protection, were the most applied.
