Mejora del sistema de control en la gestión de inventarios mediante la implementación del sistema Smart Capture en la empresa Cofaco Industries SAC en el año 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación se basó en la mejora del sistema de control en la gestión de inventarios de la empresa Cofaco Industries SAC. Específicamente se trata de un control automatizado de inventarios con el sistema Smart.Capture que a través de un lector óptico y etiquetas de código de barras se realizará el control de prendas y/o piezas que movilizan en sus diferentes procesos de confección que van desde el corte de piezas hasta el acabado como prenda terminada. Actualmente en el área de confección se observa un deficiente control, respecto al entorno, la empresa tiene problemas de optimización de los procesos productivos en cada área, se observa que se tiene piezas extraviadas y prendas incompletas no reportadas, stock de saldos y reposiciones, no hay una respuesta rápida de información y procesos de gestión estandarizados. Por este motivo se propone crear un sistema de adquisición de datos a través de un lector óptico, el cual recolectará la información de las etiquetas con códigos de barras, para posteriormente retroalimentar al sistema Smart.Capture, así como realizar la ubicación de piezas y/o prendas al momento de ingreso y salida de los diferentes módulos de confección. Además se reduciría la realización de inventarios periódicamente, ya que esto se hace de manera manual en la empresa. Luego de esta investigación se llegó a la conclusión que con la mejora del sistema de control se genera un mejor desempeño, ya que mezcla las herramientas informáticas con el sistema de control de inventarios ayudará en la optimización de los procesos y recursos, el cual tiene como fin recolectar la información y digitalizarla, para su posterior uso dentro del sistema de la cadena de suministros hacia la empresa.

For this reason it is proposed to create a data acquisition system through an optical reader, which will collect the information of the labels with bar codes, to later feed back to the Smart.Capture system, as well as to perform the location of parts and / Or garments at the time of entry and exit of the different clothing modules. In addition it would reduce the realization of inventories periodically, since this is done manually in the company. After this investigation, it was concluded that with the improvement of the control system, a better performance is generated, since mixing the computer tools with the inventory control system will help in the optimization of processes and resources. In order to collect the information and digitize it, for its later use within the system of the supply chain towards the company.
