This research applies the methodology of earned value - Ansi748 for the evaluation and analysis of costs and times of the projects executed by the District Municipality of Carabayllo, in order to determine the indices, projections, scenarios and comply with the scheduled execution period. The main objectives of the entire project were to determine the performance indices, projections, variation of cost and time performance through standard Ansi748 scenarios, in addition to the projections to the final budget and the analysis of the influence of each item on the works by means of the Monte- Carlo. The present investigation is of a quantitative approach, descriptive type, the design is non- experimental transversal; the sample used for the development of the study that consists of 11 urban projects of the District Municipality of Carabayllo 2020. Also, the investigation was carried out based on a pilot test, where a base analytical process was developed for 2 projects, in which determined aspects, to be able to analyze the 11 projects. Likewise, in this research results are denoted based on the estimation of indicators, projections, scenario estimates and cost management with the Monte-Carlo simulation. The budget estimates were contrasted by the ANSI 748 method and the Monte Carlo modeling. In said modeling, in the first project analyzed, it had an amount of S /. 6,989,956.28, compared to the estimate proposed by the Ansi 748 method, which is S /. 7,443,730.66, this comparison takes into account the importance of the detailed analysis that is given with the Monte Carlo modeling, when analyzing each item of the project.
