Organizations in their constant search to be more efficient focus on incorporating cutting-edge technology, economic and marketing resources, among others; however, they omit the incorporation of suitable personnel that contributes to a good organizational climate, with adequate interpersonal relationships, commitment and consequently with better individual, group and organizational performance. Precisely, this research entitled “The organizational climate and work performance of the employees of a Construction company, Cajamarca subsidiary, 2019” sought to determine if the organizational climate is related to the work performance of the employees of a Construction company, subsidiary Cajamarca: in view of this, it is hypothesized that Organizational Climate is directly and significantly related to Labor Performance in the collaborators of a Construction company, Cajamarca subsidiary, 2019. The research was of an applied type with a correlational descriptive level with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The questionnaire instrument was applied with the Likert scale survey technique to a population of 32 employees of the Construction company, Cajamarca subsidiary. With the support of tables and figures during the data analysis, it was possible to determine as a final conclusion that the organizational climate has a direct and significant relationship on job performance, this because the P value (Sig. (Bilateral)) is the same to “0.000“ being less than 0.05; in the same way, it is observed that the Pearson correlation level shows a positive value of 0.633. Therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted.
