The objective of the research is to determine to what extent the variation in productivity will be with the proposal to improve production according to engineering methods in the Tecnobior S.A.C. agrochemical plant. The type of research is quantitative-proactive, to find the root causes an Ishikawa was carried out and prioritizing with the Pareto diagram its productivity problems, we used the tools: Line balancing and time study; Analyzing the before and after, its main problem is the drying area with non-standardized times, generating losses, acquiring a drying machine (SRCZ-1 continuous rotary) to reduce its productivity problems, carrying out the time study with the new machine, standardizing its process, before it was 238.73 reducing to 2.13 min/sack. In addition, the balancing reduced the stations from 9 to 7, the operators from 20 to 10, and increased the efficiency of the line from 11.68% to 72.21%, reducing its bottleneck from 250.90 to 8.63 min. Finally, the productivity of the company was increased by 62.42%, where the proposal was economically and financially viable, obtaining a VAN of S/83,278.06, an TIR of 39% and a B/C of 1.1, the proposal being profitable and viable improvement.
