Propuesta de un centro de rehabilitación pediátrico físico-motor aplicando la cromoterapia y su influencia en la espacialidad en el distrito Los Olivos – Lima -2023

Abstract

La propuesta a desarrollar es un Centro de Rehabilitación Físico-Motor, que se estableció en el distrito de Los Olivos. Buscando revolucionar el concepto de la arquitectura hospitalaria, aplicando la cromoterapia, como un claro ejemplo de que el espacio dedicado a la rehabilitación no tiene por qué ser aburrido, tedioso, sin luz e incoloro, sino todo lo contrario, un lugar donde los niños asistan a jugar, convivir además de rehabilitarse. Convirtiéndose en su segundo hogar, con espacios que deben inspirarlos y motivarlos a regresar para continuar con el tratamiento hasta lograr su recuperación. La presente investigación cualitativa, aplicada, descriptiva, no experimental, se guio en dos direcciones interconectadas. La primera fue, determinar una propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de un Centro de Rehabilitación Física-Motor, optimo y concebible para el diagnóstico y tratamiento. Segundo, tomar en cuenta al paciente y la percepción del mismo, aplicando criterios de diseño interviniendo en la naturaleza, iluminación, colores, generando un alto grado de confort en el ámbito psicológico perceptivo del usuario, apoyando la recuperación. Además, la tesis se justificó con la necesidad actual de fortalecer los lazos de la sociedad con el usuario con habilidades diferentes, ya que la misma ciudad no es inclusiva con este tipo de población, dejándolos de lado por su condición. Siendo un proyecto innovador que puede ser replicado en otros sectores de la Ciudad y País.

The proposal to be developed is a Physical-Motor Rehabilitation Center, which is established in the district of Los Olivos. It seeks to revolutionize the concept of hospital architecture, applying chromotherapy, as a clear example that the space dedicated to rehabilitation does not have to be boring, tedious, without light and colorless, but quite the opposite, a place where children attend to play, live together as well as rehabilitate. Becoming your second home, with spaces that should inspire and motivate you to return to continue with the treatment until you achieve recovery. This qualitative, applied, descriptive, non-experimental research is guided in two interconnected directions. The first is to determine an architectural design proposal for a Physical-Motor Rehabilitation Center, optimal and conceivable for diagnosis and treatment. Second, take into account the patient and his/her perception, applying design criteria intervening in nature, lighting, colors, generating a high degree of comfort in the user's perceptual psychological field, supporting recovery. Furthermore, the thesis is justified by the current need to strengthen society's ties with users with different abilities, since the city itself is not inclusive of this type of population, leaving them aside due to their condition. Being an innovative project that can be replicated in other sectors of the City and Country.
