The present research work on Factors that limit the growth of micro and small enterprises in the footwear sector of C.C. Mall of footwear. For an adequate study we have established a theoretical frame of reference and business growth concepts, we carried out a descriptive study, for which a questionnaire was carried out to 50 footwear companies to collect information. In chapter I of the research we contrast the theory with the reality of how micro and small business is found or managed in Peru and how it is being developed in terms of growth, in this way it was possible to identify the problematic reality and with this establish The objectives that will allow the study to be carried out. In chapter II we continued the search for international, national and local antecedents that demonstrate our theory and contribute to the study, as well as we sought theoretical book bases of different authors that help to further complement the idea of business growth. In Chapter III after reviewing the concepts and seeing the problematic reality that the current companies live, a visit was made to collect information of the current situation of the footwear companies a type of research Non-experimental, Descriptive Correlational, where it took a Sampled and applied a questionnaire and interviews. In chapter IV and V with the results obtained, it was determined that micro and small companies are working empirically and have not innovated and that has not allowed them to grow as a company in their market. Finally, we conclude that the strategic factor is the most relevant within all the study factors, since 80% of the respondents do not plan their work and 96% do not carry out market studies to be more competitive. Leads to determine that can influence its growth in the short term.
