The present research work on Factors that limit the growth of micro and small enterprises in the footwear sector of C.C. Mall of footwear. For an adequate study we have established a theoretical frame of reference and business growth concepts, we carried out a descriptive study, for which a questionnaire was carried out to 50 footwear companies to collect information. In chapter II we continued the search for international, national and local antecedents that demonstrate our theory and contribute to the study, as well as we sought theoretical book bases of different authors that help to further complement the idea of business growth. In Chapter III after reviewing the concepts and seeing the problematic reality that the current companies live, a visit was made to collect information of the current situation of the footwear companies a type of research Non-experimental, Descriptive Correlational, where it took a Sampled and applied a questionnaire and interviews. In chapter IV and V with the results obtained, it was determined that micro and small companies are working empirically and have not innovated and that has not allowed them to grow as a company in their market.
