Felicidad y motivación laboral del profesional docente de la Institución Educativa San Ramón Cajamarca 2019

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación directa entre felicidad y motivación laboral del profesional docente de la Institución Educativa San Ramón de Cajamarca 2019. En el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicó el diseño no experimental de corte transversal, como técnica se aplicó la encuesta con un cuestionario tipo Likert a 95 docentes con el propósito de recabar información de la primera variable Felicidad con las dimensiones: Sentido positivo de la vida, satisfacción con la vida, realización personal y alegría de vivir; contando con 27 preguntas; y le la segunda variable Motivación Laboral, con las dimensiones motivación intrínseca, extrínseca y trascendente; detallando 18 preguntas. Los datos provienen de una distribución normal y a través del software SPSS, se obtuvo significancia de 0, 000 (α<0.05); y coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de para la validación del instrumento de recojo de datos se necesitó juicio de expertos y el análisis de confiabilidad dio como resultado el Alfa de Cronbach para la variable Felicidad 0.816% y para la Motivación Laboral 0.839%. Una de las conclusiones a que se arribó confirmó la hipótesis de investigación en la que se comprobó la existencia de una correlación altamente directa entre la felicidad y la motivación laboral del profesional docente de la Institución Educativa San Ramón de Cajamarca, 2019. De esta manera se reafirmó que el profesional docente más feliz motiva en el campo del saber a los estudiantes en los logros de aprendizajes.

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the direct relationship between happiness and work motivation of teaching professional of the San Ramon educational institution of Cajamarca 2019. In the development of research applied non-experimental design of cross-section, as technique applied the survey with a questionnaire Likert-type 115 teachers with the purpose of collecting information of the first variable happiness with the dimensions: Positive sense of life, satisfaction with life, personal fulfillment and joy of living; with 27 questions; and you the second variable labour motivation, motivation, intrinsic, extrinsic, and transcendent dimensions; detailing 18 questions. The data comes from a normal distribution and through the SPSS software, the significance of 0,000 was obtained (α<0.05);; and Pearson correlation coefficient for data collection instrument validation required expert judgment and reliability analysis resulted in Cronbach's alpha for the 0.816% Happiness variable and for work motivation 0.839%. One of the conclusions that he arrived, confirmed the hypothesis of research which found the existence of a direct correlation between happiness and work motivation of the professional teacher of the San Ramon educational institution of Cajamarca, 2019. Thus reaffirmed that happier teaching professional motive in the field know the students in learning achievement. Key words; Happiness, motivation, work motivation.
