In order to determine the relationship between structural and technological innovation patterns, with the export culture in small industrialists and artisans of the APIAT, 2019, a cross-sectional descriptive-correlational research was developed. A questionnaire on export culture and innovation patterns was applied, with 28 items, 18 on export culture and 10 on innovation patterns. The population under study was constituted by 87 industrial micro-entrepreneurs and artisans of the APIAT. The results identify patterns of structural innovation such as: being mostly artisan Mypes (70.1%), having less than ten years (52.9%), having own capital (72.4%), not being part of business conglomerates ( 69%) and, not having export experience (70.1%). The export culture according to market orientation is Regular (54%), according to commercial facilitation Mala (42.5%) and according to Regular education (56.3%). It was concluded that there is moderate to high correlation between the export orientation with the structural innovation patterns and with the technological ones Low; the moderate to high correlation between commercial facilitation with structural innovation patterns and low with technological ones; the correlation is moderate to high between export education with structural innovation patterns and low with technological ones.
