ABSTRACT The present research study is Non - Experimental: Correlational - Transversal, which relates the variables of Organizational Climate with Labor Satisfaction of the teaching and administrative staff of the Educational Institution César Vallejo Apán Alto Hualgayoc. The study was carried out applying a survey to measure the organization climate under the theory of Litwin and Stringer (1978), who establishes the following dimensions: Structure, Responsibility, Reward, Challenge, Relationships, Cooperation, Standards, Conflicts, Identity. In the same way a survey was applied to measure job satisfaction based on the dimensions proposed by Sotomayor, (2013) which are: Satisfaction in relation to their superiors, satisfaction with physical conditions at work, satisfaction with participation in decisions , satisfaction with their work and satisfaction with the rewards received. The above instruments were applied to a total population of 31 workers. The results of the study show a correlation index of 0.481 at a significance level of (Sig.> 0.05) that allows us to approve the general hypothesis that proposed that there was a significant relationship between both variables. Likewise the results show that all dimensions of work performance are related to the organization climate.
