After analyzing the current situation of the population of the Province of Otuzco, and establishing the problems of the social, educational, agricultural and commercial sector, supported by national and international statistical data, which allow determining the population's need for equipment that achieves meet the demands, the proposal of an Agricultural Training Center. Likewise, with the pertinent study of the project, the application of the Passive Solar Architecture criteria in the theoretical and practical pedagogical environments is determined. Having made the previous observation, the present investigation, has as its theme, the application of passive solar architecture criteria in an agricultural training center in the province of Otuzco, developed based on Orientation, passive heating and cooling; and the natural lighting of the building project, determined by the study of the variable and the territory in which the project is located. In the same sense, the objective is to determine how the criteria of the Passive Solar Architecture condition the design of the project. In that sense, the study of international cases was carried out with characteristics similar to the criteria applied to the project, which allowed determining general and specific characteristics to be applied in the project, allowing the optimal design according to the passive Solar Architecture standards. Finally, characteristics were obtained such as the application of materials such as Eucalyptus wood, a centralized spatial development, implementation with vegetation of the area, and separation of volumes and others, which will allow the development of the project.
