ABSTRACT The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the influence that can be generated by the effectiveness of vendors throughout the organization, both in its beginnings and in the selection process, where the most suitable candidates are selected to meet the requirements of the available vacancy. Therefore, it is intended to analyze these variables and how they affect the company economically, it can be observed that, if there is demotivation and low effectiveness of the personnel, exactly in the sales area this is due to the applicants to the position do not comply with the profile or because the complete information on how the activity is performed is not provided. The first chapter analyzes the reality of DIGALIMENTA SAC, where the lack of filters and an adequate selection process affect the effectiveness of the majority of new sellers who come to work in the area, this generates that in some cases do not comply with the Established goal or resign. What should be sought is for the employee to know the objectives, mission and vision so that he can have greater commitment to his work and identification with the distributor. In addition, background information was gathered to serve as a basis for the investigation of the problem, for the theoretical basis Chiavenato provided concepts and a broad knowledge on the structure of the study, mainly based on its method in conjunction with other important authors of the Administration of Human resources and effectiveness. The hypothesis was considered where the variable selection of personnel influences the effectiveness of the salesmen, being realized a study to prove the relation between both and to propose an improvement for the area of human resources of the distributor. There is a clear link and the effect that the dependent variable generates on the independent one, demonstrating in this way that an inadequate process of selection of personnel affects the effectiveness of the sellers in their job, reason why a plan of improvement of the organizational structure and a new selection model for staff. In this way, it is proposed to increase the work effectiveness of the workers and obtain greater loyalty of the internal customer towards the distributor. Based on the organizational structure of the human resources area where there is currently no clear delegation of functions, it is only made up of three people who share responsibility for the area of human resources. That is why, a proposal is proposed to improve the effectiveness and selection process of DIGALIMENTA SAC, where we suggest to delegate and implement the functions of the human resources area to optimize results. Considering sub areas, those that will have as objective to meet the requirements where it would be subdivided into the following areas: Area Head, Development, Compensation and Recruitment and Selection. Compensation, which will be responsible for the payment to staff, Recruitment and Selection, will choose the most suitable candidates for the position, Head of Development, who will be responsible for filtering the personnel selections and Area Headquarters, which will be the penultimate Instance for the acceptance of the candidates to the vacancy. All these su-areas will be part of the Human Development Management.
