The present work refers to the city of Trujillo, having as main objective the influence of the design, the structures, the frame, the control devices for the improvement in the seismic behavior in the buildings. For the realization of the thesis of use of an experimental, pre-experimental design, sampling has not been probabilistic for the trial and for data collection the documentary review technique is performed, for the use of statistical information, the problem is that the structures of Trujillo due to the effects of the earthquake have developed in the same sense has been structured in the sense of not having been correct. Faced with this problem can be done using a modern design, and analyzed their behavior seismically reaching reasonable values in this way in the edition not present in the present problem. The building is an excellent behavior and the displacement is reduced to 6.5% taking into account the maximum displacements of 0.00198 on the X axis, 0.00149 on the Y axis respectively. In the same way, it can reduce internal forces by up to 37%, thus achieving excellent structure behavior.
