The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship of the Principle of Causality and the Income Statement of the company Inversiones San Benjamin E.I.R.L, Santa Anita, 2021. Regarding the methodology used, the research had a quantitative approach, of a basic type and of a correlational level. The population consisted of 18 workers and the sample was not necessary because it had an accessible and manageable population. For data collection, the survey technique was applied and two questionnaires were used as instruments that were evaluated by expert professionals, their reliability was also determined with the application of the Crombach Alpha technique, whose global result was 0.92, which confirmed a very high reliability of the instruments. It was concluded based on the Pearson correlation test that the Causality Principle has a direct and significant relationship with the Income Statement of the company Inversiones San Benjamin EIRL, Santa Anita, 2021, since a correlation coefficient of 0.836 was obtained which indicated a very high correlation between both variables.
