In the current thesis, the proposal of a model of associativity, aimed at textile artisans was determined, identifying in this way the main confidence indicators, characteristics and common needs, access to markets, cost control and productivity, in Porcón Alto-Cajamarca, 2017 In this way, a survey was applied, which contains questions about the dimensions of associativity and competitiveness, for which it was necessary to travel to the place located in kilometers 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of Porcón Alto. As a result, from the application of surveys we obtained that textile artisans have knowledge about that developing a model of associativity will make their products were sold in large quantities; therefore, it would only be reinforced in associating them so that they generate a product of good quality, that can be competitive and help the growth of the sector. In this way, the proposal of a cluster associativity model is determined to improve the competitiveness of the textile artisans of Porcón Alto-Cajamarca.
