Evaluación de la respuesta sísmica en las viviendas conformadas por sistemas estructurales mixtas del distrito de Chao, La Libertad 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación está desarrollada con la finalidad de evaluar la respuesta sísmica de viviendas conformadas por sistemas estructurales mixtas en el distrito de Chao, La Libertad; para lo cual se utilizaron 19 viviendas conformadas por sistemas estructurales mixtas, en la que se realizó un análisis tiempo historia y modal espectral para determinar el comportamiento y evaluación de las estructuras ante los eventos sísmicos, para la realización de la tesis se utilizó un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, de tipo transversal, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, la recolección de los datos se realizó con la técnica de análisis documental, el instrumento fue de Guía de Observación . Durante el desarrollo de la presente investigación se recolectaron 19 viviendas con las siguientes características, más de 3 pisos y que presenten un sistema estructural mixta, se evaluó la respuesta sísmica en las viviendas, obteniendo un 63% de total de las viviendas que si cumplen con la Norma E0.30. Se realizó también la identificaron de patologías en las viviendas, predominando un 26% por casos de Humedad y el elemento más afectado viene hacer la losa aligerada con un 34.12%. Asimismo, las viviendas Nº2,4,5 y 17 presentaron deficiencia en la rigidez y ductilidad para la verificación de derivas haciendo que no cumplan con las distorsiones. Finalmente se realizó el reforzamiento de la vivienda más vulnerable, con el fin de cumplir con los parámetros establecidos por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones.

The present investigation is developed with the purpose of evaluating the seismic response of houses conformed by mixed structural systems in the district of Chao, La Libertad; for which 19 houses conformed by mixed structural systems were used, in which a time-history and spectral modal analysis was performed to determine the behavior and evaluation of the structures before seismic events, for the realization of the thesis a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design was used, the sampling was non-probabilistic by convenience, the data collection was performed with the documentary analysis technique, the instrument was the Observation Guide. During the development of the present investigation, 19 houses with the following characteristics were collected: more than 3 floors and with a mixed structural system, the seismic response of the houses was evaluated, obtaining 63% of the total number of houses that comply with the E0.30 Standard. The pathologies in the dwellings were also identified, with 26% being predominantly due to humidity and the most affected element being the lightened slab with 34.12%. Likewise, houses Nº 2, 4, 5 and 17 presented deficiencies in rigidity and ductility for the verification of drifts, causing them not to comply with the distortions. Finally, the most vulnerable house was reinforced in order to comply with the parameters established by the National Building Regulations.
